Doja II Building
A block consists of ground-floor, basement and 5 floors. It contains 19 apartments from 1 room to 4 rooms and 2 commercial spaces.The block was designed and developed by customer requirements that have not been able to buy the block Doja I. Doja I Building- sold out
The building is located on the Gh. Doja street 73-75 and was designed by architects Salaru Mihai and Salaru Lucia from S.C. Arhigrafic S.R.L.Landmarks of construction:- it is located near High school No 10 “Sfanta Maria”; - located between the Siderurgistilor street and George Cosbuc boulevard. The building is structured as follows: - garages in the basement; - ground floor is reserved for retail space; - the 5 floors and the attic have a total of 32 apartments. The building land belongs to the trading company Euro Construction Ltd. The construction was begun on January 12, 2009 and on December 31, 2009 the building already had the structure, external walls and roof completed and 30% of the interior partitions!
The apartments have 2 rooms (with areas of 44 sqm, 67 sqm, 89 sqm), 3 bedrooms (93 sqm and 97 sqm) and 4 rooms (with an area of 112 sq m).
We offered to the customers who contracted apartments since the resistance structure phase (frame structure without walls) the opportunity to customize their future home and a divide it according to their preferences.
Each apartment is finished according to customer preferences (tiles, floors, doors, sanitary ware), has its own central heating and air conditioning. The building will be equipped with a specially designed area for barbeque and a playground for children.
Finishes of the common parts were made of natural stone with aluminum elements (railings) and movement sensors were mounted for lighting, last generation elevator and video intercom.
Flexibility regarding payment method, prices comparable to those of apartments over 20 years old and rapid completion date (August 31, 2010) are assets that strengthen our belief that we have the best product on the real estate market from Galati. Our first project was completed in August 2006 - December 2008 along with architect Aritoneta Negoita. Designed for customers who want more than just an apartment, the building was a great success, being sold in full since the phase of structure of resistance! Landmarks of construction: - Access to underground garages - Frunzei Street 77; - Pedestrian access - by Gh. Asachi Street The building is located close to public transportation stations and near the Children's Hospital, the kindergarten, school and high school, market and other important objectives. As outdoor planning it is provided with green spaces and a special area for barbeque, reserved exclusively for owners of apartments and in the interior, from entrance one can see the aesthetic finishes made with granite and stainless steel railings.
The apartments with generous surfaces are heated with central heating, have Italian-style shutters on windows and balcony access doors and the final design elements are chosen by customers. Everything to satisfy the customer desires and to reinforce the belief that he chose the best possible real estate investment.
The building is divided into the following five levels:- basement garage; - the ground floor includes office space and three apartments; - each of the three floors has seven apartments. Privacy is ensured through: - remote for access to underground garages; - video intercom with color monitor at the courtyard entry; - video intercom with color monitor at the staircase entrance. - Civil constructions
As a first step they decided to build a complex of 11 apartments, work on which they applied some ideas taken over from Italy such as planning an underground parking for all apartments, a barbeque area reserved for residents, execution of common parts to premium standards and interior finishes according to customers’ choice.
